I am researching domestic “tender years” adoptions, human trafficking, and governmental corruption in los Angeles, California. I have been looking at it too hard for 9 months now. I cannot see the forest for the trees. I need someone with a legal background that would be willing to read over some court documents, selected budget reports, and audit reports along with a few emails and tell me their thoughts. I am afraid I might be viewing things through a biased lens. I am adopted and was taken from my mother at 9 months. It would be completely off the record Educational purposes only.
