Im using cell designer for pathway drawing. I finished it. Then i have to analyse the path. For that i need to import the .xml file into cytoscape. I cant. Some error was occuring. anybody had any idea , please help me...

convert .xml in to .sif or .sbml format and then import it in to cytoscape.
how to convert it to sbml or sif sir?? whem import .sbml also it showing error...
otherwise directly upload ur .xml file in to cytoscape. there s an option available in cytoscape. try that one

I impoted my path into cytoscape... can you suggest me any analysis to check the pathway is correct...
I construct the flavonoid pathway of capsicum. it had small data only... but im sure that it had more significance. because currently available reference pathway for anthocyanin is wrong. There is no evidence for expression of those compounds. That is an ref path from arabidopsis.
But the path constructed by me had reference from many literatures. it is completly different from current path.
But i dono after draw the path what to do...
