Dear All,
I’ve been asked to prepare a critical review on the topic of “nanostructured germanium”.
As a chemist working on the field since only 4-5 years, I feel I have a quite partial and biased perspective on the topic. I would therefore, in order to have a more objective perception of the scientific interest on the topic, like to directly ask the scientific community here what you guys would be interested in reading and what you think is the main challenge in the field.

In respect to some of the answer i got, i would like to specify, that I'm familiar with Ge Np, I've been making them, characterize them and hopefully use soon in devices.
The question is, as a member of the scientific community interested in Germanium nano-particle, do you feel/think is there a particular aspect which has been neglected in the literature or anything you will be interest in reading?

I'm not sure if your question is directed at semiconductor use where nanometer geometries are common or an attempt to make Ge nanoparticles themselves. For the latter you can look at:
