Industrial Flash Module (IFD)

I am doing IFD into the receptor using Schrodinger IFD module, but the crystal ligand of the receptor is small as compared to the query ligand (i.e. to be docked into the receptor by IFD). Unfortunately, the IFD is not generating any pose, I hope it may be because in the small active site there are steric clashes and the molecule is not getting docked. Does anyone have an idea on how I should proceed now?
