Among these enzymes α-amylases ranks first w.r.t. applications.
Naturally produced enzymes could be the best alternative for every sectors such as food, feed, textile, paper and pulp industries. In that case, lignocellulolytic enzymes are best alternative from chemically produced enzymes.
