Hello all,

We're planning to incubate liver slices under high oxygen conditions (e.g., 90% O2 5% CO2). Does anyone have experiences working with these conditions, and what kind of setup is used to achieve them?

(We've looked at tri-gas incubators such as those from phcbi, but they require much additional construction in the lab. And few literatures provided information on their setup)

Any help would be appreciated!
