We know that Aedes aegypti is an extremely well adapted species. Its control is very difficult (or impossible). Many are the factors responsible for your success. I would like to know the biggest challenge for the control of Aedes aegypti in your opinion.

Aedes aegypti is a day biting mosquito, it is easily grow in store water. i will tell you that this mosquito can control in larval stages. we are used various method like insecticide spray, fuming and inoculation of many indigenous larvicidal fishes.
Well, the spread, perception and control strategies towards any mosquito would depend upon many factors. Also, the heterogeneous distribution invites a multi-faceted approach of controlling. For instance, controlling domestic breeding of Aedes in a city like Delhi, the community participation will synergize the control strategies of federal health authorities.
In a suburban or rural area, these breeding sites are different. Community awareness is least. Insecticide resistance is being observed and recorded every now and then from several parts of the country and world. Hence control of Aedes does not have just one challenge.
Many of the problems are larger societal issues. For example, rapid urbanisation in countries that are not equipped to deal with the consequences. Southeast Asia has seen a significant increase in dengue and other Aedes transmitted viral diseases which has been driven by the rural to urban translation. Poor health literacy, tendency to self medicate and as someone mentioned the day biting behaviour of Aedes are factors that contribute to the disease burden. Hence mosquito nets are not as effective. Movements of migrant workers are another important factor. Many countries do not have the capacity to carry out sustained mosquito control programmes particularly in slums areas. This is an important and under researched area!
Wide-scale public education and good logistics can help in effective control campaign against this mosquito although both conditions don't guarantee the success.

Among these factors I can highlight: the large scale of the problem, the unplanned growth of the cities, the difficulty of making control in places of difficult access (such as favelas), the increase in resistance to insecticides and the difficulty in obtaining real support of the population.
The major problem for Ae. Aegypti, there are three factors, one social one, where behavioral changes must be carried out in the communities, even if they have adequate infrastructure in the water supply networks, especially in the handling of containers that store water. Expansion and colonization of habitats for the areas of extinction of this insect and the third the poor focus of local eradication programs that do not allow to measure impacts or Conduct research
I think the lack of awareness and health education about proper water safe, adequate infrastructure particularly water supply and elecricity. in addition weakness in monitoring and evaluation for vector behaviour, susceptible to insecticide and weakness in political commitment!
in addition, I think the ecology of Aedes aegypti has some gaps, I mean for example, altitudinal distribution, really as the literature has reported the principal control is focused in domiciliary clean water. Where are the adults resting? only inside of houses? So we need more research before to implement control.
I believe we can summarize the challenge for Aedes aegypti control today in two main categories of obstacles:
The first category is the human contribution by the unplanned urbanization and the shortage of water are the main socioeconomic determinants for this issue, and the communities live under these pressure are difficult to change their behaviour because in the most of the situations they do not act based on their choice but based on their limited resources and the struggle occupying their mind regarding their urgent needs .
The second category as thankfully highlighted by Ligia, the knowledge gaps we need to fill before we establish informed decision making and evidence-based interventions.
Today I was rereading the discussion on this question and I realize how current it remains! Even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our challenge continues.
