I want to download sequences which are only present in "secreted subcellular location". So when i searched the same in Uniprot, it was showing 5115 sequences. For more accuracy I applied NOT feature depicting mitochondrion location (which means sequences will only be presented which would not be in mitochondria). Hence, number of sequences got reduced to only 6. Does that mean 5109 sequences it was showing earlier were of both secreted as well as mitochondria locations?

Is there anyone can help me out!!
