The current economic conditions of most societies do not encourage daily human endeavours to make ends meet as a result of the dwindling purchasing power of affected currencies. Hence, people are not really happy because their busy lives are not producing expected results.
In some cases people have to work more than one job to make ends meet and hence they are busy, not by their own choice, but of necessity. Staying busy may or may not bring happiness for them since there is less time to devote to family and children. Others stay busy on purpose so that they don't have to feel negativity such as being single. Yet others thrive on workaholic behavior and hence they think they are happy.
I do not think there is a clear relationship between busy life and happiness. Healthy social relationships are a better indicator of human happiness, which is not what we find in today's world.
Happiness is related term & it depends fully on every human beings. Happiness is related to our mind functioning depends on the action of every human beings .It is in this line I have expressed my views on my publication under the captioned'' Happiness'' which I submit herewith for your kind perusal with a request for offering your valuable opinion
Humans and many Other species have socialization with others as a critical need. Isolation kills. Historically, we have increased our time at work because of financial needs to feed our consumerism. Some people have reoriented to equate financial success with happiness. So there is no single answer, it is all over the map.
Because of the economic conditions and the increasing of life requirement, life concerns began to put pressure on the normal life of the human being and the family began to be preoccupied with each other because of the urgent obligations in life, this represents bad busy life
We most times work tirelessly without break for this life but fatigue and other related diseases born from busy work schedules abruptly ends our lives. To be happy, we must BALANCE work with relaxation, live a simple life and be free of the desire to acquire more riches by cultivating self-control, being content with what we have andbassisting others.
The truth is that high demand for labour, is a psycho-social factor, which affects of greatly, to the peace and happiness of human beings, must reduce the hourly workload
If they are not busy (jobless) they may be unhappy yet they will be unhappy if they are too busy (long work hours). There is a sweet spot that we need to find.
I think it depends on how you define happiness. Some would see that working and being busy is happiness, other have other attitudes and think doing a little work but spending more time with family and their children is the happiest moments.
