In the following CV plot whether the OER process is surface or diffusion limited or both? Also state the reasons?

As I understand surface-limited kinetics show blunt peaks where the current response is mainly due to a favorable OER reaction rate. On the other hand, diffusion-limited kinetics show sharp peaks where the diffusion of redox species mainly controls the current. Here it contains both blunt (A0) and intense (A1) peaks. What can we infer?
