I use ALOS PALSAR DEM in HEC-RAS, but due to having no data pixels in DEM (like the attached photo), these software cannot perform calculations. Therefor, the DEM needs to be modified. How can i fill ''no data'' pixels?

I know how to assign a certain amount to them. But i want to do this using the values of the adjacent pixels with interpolation. But i don't know how to do that.
