(1) Some researchers found that after electro-generation, some H2O2 diffuse to bulk solution, some would transfer to H2O on cathode surface. So, what is the proportion of these two routes? If we can reduce the H2O2 reacted on cathode surface, can we generate more H2O2 in bulk solution? How to achieve that?
(2) By COMSOL, can I simulate the concentration distribution of molecules and Fe2+?

I am totally with Prof. Yurii's opinion, you should know the chemistry/electrochemistry in your system. You should know the controlling step in this operation according to the operation parameters, you should also know all the resistances inside your system to determine whether your findings and results from modeling and simulation are correct and acceptable
You should also perform these experiments at different conditions and make your own hypothesis "models" and validate them with your data
But in conclusion, you can simulate your case on Comsol
