In order to find (206Pb/204Pb)initial and apply age calculation for the Whole-rock Pb isotope. How to calculate 238U/204Pb and 235U/204Pb?

Since we have only U, Th, and Pb conc. measured in ppms by ICP MS and only 206/204, 207/204, and 208/204 Pb (whole-rock) isotope ratios in my MC ICP MS. I am unable to think how I can calculate 238U/204Pb and 235U/204Pb. Is it the ratio of their natural abundance or conc in ppm?

To calculate 238U/204Pb and 235U/204Pb, convert U and Pb concentrations from ppm to molarity using their molar masses, and then use the natural abundance ratios of U isotopes to estimate individual concentrations. Finally, compute the ratios using these values for your age calculations in whole-rock Pb isotope studies.
