I am doing my research using Hayes' model 1, simple moderation. I got result that the moderating effect is significant, however, I don't get the meaning of this one below:

The main analysis showed that there is a moderating effect, but what does this mean? Does it mean the moderating effect is available only for the respondents with "my_life" value same with or higher than average? Or, even though the main analysis said there is a moderating effect, I can't say there is a moderating effect because of that result?
As far as I can see, the left column consists of three values for My_life, 1 SD below average, average, and 1SD above average. For these values, the relationships between your independent variable and the dependent variable are listed. These are conditional effects: For each value of the moderator variable, the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable changes. Here, with increasing values of the moderator variable, the effect gets larger. For a small value of the moderator variable, the effect is not significant, while with average and larger values, the effect is significant.
The program should provide a beta coefficient for your product term, and this coefficients will most likely be significant.
Therefore, there is a moderator effect in your data.
