I am going to do some in vitro flowering to some of the in vitro culture collection in my university. I have done the shoot multiplication or another elongation subculture in MS. In the flower bud induction medium, do we use single node or multiple node? Thank you.

Yes you can do this.
You can uses singel node from mature plant than use some mesia for shoot regeneration and than use media for flowering.
This protocol were used for in vitro flowering of some orchids.
