In case of reentrant spin glass, using Gabay-Toulouse frame is it possible to calculate the percentage of long ordered state?

In case of spin-glass system if there is some co-existence of long range ordering along with the glassy phase, using Gabay-Toulouse frame is it possible to find out the percentage of long range ordered phase? If yes, how to do it?
