In case of low concentration, can NGS libraries be re-amplified?

I have prepared small RNA libraries from 1ng of total RNA using smRNA seq kit of Takara. Bioanalyzer profile before size selection showed 3-5nM library of desired size; however after size selection its concentration is below 1nM. Can i do re-amplification of size selected libraries?
