In case of 100 nm Gold nanoparticle, what will be the transmission and absorption wavelengths? How the plasmons will affect NSOM image of single Au NP?
What will be the effect of plasmons for a Au NP (100 nm) to an external field (532 nm). How the nature of Absorption and transmission or what will be the ranges of wavelengths it may absorb and transmits. How the surface plasmons interact with the 532 laser? How the Surface plasmon polaritons behaves in the spherical Au particle? If we image it using NSOM what will be the nature of the image?

I think the SPP wavelength will be higher than 550 nm for 100 nm Au NP. If it is broad enough you may find some weak resonance (in other words, absorption peak) at 532 nm excitation.
What shape are we talking about? The spectra of plasmonic particles are not only size but also strongly shape dependent. Ellipsoids have e.g. 3 peaks...
I am talking about spherical Au nanoparticles...equal or below 100nm in size
Note that surface plasmons are surface excitations, therefore their frequency depends also on what is on the other side. Gold particles have different color on air, in water, in plastic or in glass.
