In BALB/c mice, can a CD56+ cell population be obtained from CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells?

In BALB/c mice splenocytes, from CD4+ T cells or CD8+ T cells, whether it is possible to obtain a CD56 positive cell population also? and if so than what could be its function, especially post immunotherapy?? If available please provide some related references. Thanks
