Dear Karthick,

You need to see the Ansys CFX (or fluent) tutorial, it gives you simulation examples for fluid flow and heat transfer applications. You should not enter the basic equations because they are already included. See the following link,

you can set it up in solver parameter. just make sure you already set your wall boundary before.
