In developing countries the death rate of young children is increasing alarmingly. What is your opinion?
Millions of women,children and certain tribal and remote villagers are deprive food,Where as we are talking about globalization and high civilized society. What are ways and methods for eradication of poorty and malnutrition related deaths.
In my opinion, their food is not deprived by other people, but by the natural condition around them. Of course, their poor skill also contribute in some degree. Education, international help, an outstanding leader are three important factors to eradicate the malnutrition.
I think there are regions of the world where the problem of malnutrition is severe and other is decreasing . One of the regions with severe problems of malnutrition is Africa where the political and socio- cultural factors affecting food and nutrition security. It is also iomportante remember that malnutrition is multi so besides lack of food, there is less access to health services and safe water , so that the child population, have no access to suitable conditions for normal growth and development.
The response to this situation, is to meet the current emergency food distributions in the most vulnerable areas , aiming to stabilize the political environment in the most critical countries and after that implement interventions aimed at developing capcidades in the population to be provided with resources and means to ensure food and other necessities
In addition, the various projects that are undertaken to eradicate malnutrition in most developing countries are not sustainable. The projects run for a specific period of time with foreign or expensive supplements that cannot be obtained by the locals after the project ends. Involvement of communities in project planning before implementation is important
Yes malnutrition is really alarming in developing countries.It is good to provide more education on how the local communities can utilize their local foods to meet nutritional needs of the children because there are plenty of varieties of foods but the problem is how to diversify them.
Implications of Malnutrition are major concern in some of the areas in our country, recent death tool in the areas of Thar Sindh Pakistan is the best example.

Clean water supplies and improved latrines, like Blair toilets, prevent diarrhoea, which is a major cause of malnutrition. A small can of water outside the latrine can be used for hand washing. Improved food storage helps.
In Peru there has been a reduction of 48% in the last seven years, this result is due to the combined effect of public economic and political growth to combat chronic malnutrition. It is also important to note that the approach to this problem has been multisectoral nutrition ie get involved various ministries
