Does anyone have an experience with the immobilization of actin proteins (G- and F-actin) on the mica surface? and also their imaging in aqueous medium (buffer) with QI-mode (modus by Scanning force microscopy)?

Maybe something is wrong with my methode to prepare these proteins, because my results are not reproductive.

If I want to image my sample with QI-mode (quantative Imaging), Which parameters should I considere?
