Dear friend Amrita Pathak the problem facing is not a hard one.

To solve the problem first check the 'dat' file and every step that should be done before refinement.

Basic steps of refinement:

1. Select ''EDPCR''

2. Select ''CIF to PCR''.

3. Select your various options in the ''general'', ''patterns'', ''phases'', and ''refinement''.

After checking all the necessary steps let's discuss them later one by one.

Haobam Samananda Singh I tried to run the software again, however, there is "2" incase of "0" in the PCR file, job section. When I'm changing it to 0, it's again showing "program interrupted". I have attached the screenshots below. Please let me the know the possible error in the process.

Is the error is coming in the first run?
