In my opinion, you can looking for literature review about problem on Learning Satisfaction & Intrinsic Motivation, and the relate them with OCIEs weakness.

Dear Fathaiya Jamaludin,

if you have not done yet, instead of searching for literature reviews (that summarize all kinds of literature, also theoretical or hypothetical ones or qualitative studies) I suggest to look out for meta-analysis on your topic that evalutate ONLY empirical, quantiative studies, that give you a clue how "big" the effect size has to be estimated. If there are only small effects or quite heterogenous results reported, then your study results may be some kind of statisitcal deviation.

(Also check for significance level of your own study, if you have not done yet!)

Furthermore, I would also suggest for looking at all (quantitaive) empirical studies that are mentioned in the reviews you already have gathered in order to find clues about which of the possibly influencing factors (e.g. age, topic, motivation etc.9 may differ to your study. Maybe you might be able to rule out any influence that reverse effects, or you might get some good clues to look specifically for the influence of those factors in the literature.

However, make sure, your results are not any kind of effect of a flawed research design. Then, there should be no reason to be ashamed of presenting results that differ from the mainstream. Maybe you just found a valid clue to rethink current assumptions in your field of research. ;-)
