I'm currently doing a thesis proposal about the cold storage of cucumbers. I already have tentative rating scales but none of the articles I have read has attached pictures for their reference on the following:

Visual Quality Rating, Yellowing,

Shriveling,

Chilling Injury,

Degree of Disease, and

Marketability (as of now I combined marketability to VQR)

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
