Уважаемый Главный редактор Еремин Николай Николаевич,
Я - Ягодин А.П.. Согласно законам и правилам порядочности статья, прошедшая экспертизу научной конференции на уровне зам. директора по науке ИФЗ РАН и опубликованная в тезисах, ввиду ее важности, не может быть удалена без включения ее в материалы конференции. Это надо запросить международный суд, так-как я в Израиле? Для подачи в суд я прошу сообщить, кто удалил статью. Или вы сами разберетесь? Проблема еще в том, что в статье Короновского и К. (2019 г), указано, что я дал 13 прогнозов. Там грубая ошибка, так-как 13 прогнозов было дано до 2013 г. На испытаниях под контролем РЭС у меня даны 20 прогнозов (более магнитуды 5,5). Ошибок нет. Получено положительное заключение РЭС и подтверждено проф. Е.А. Рогожиным в 2016 г.

На RG опубликован вопрос, на который Вы можете ответить. Я понимаю, что Короновский не может дать ответ, но два других и Вы, как редактор, опубликовавший их статью вероятно можете ответить. It seems evident that anyone who has died due to the suppression of this tested and reliable method of short-term earthquake prediction could be seen as an indirect (or even direct) victim of those responsible for concealing the information.

A question has also been posted on ResearchGate to which you may respond. I understand that Koronovsky himself cannot reply, but the two other authors, and you as the editor who published their paper, can likely respond.
It is time to put an end to the misconduct of certain seismological leaders: people are dying in earthquakes because those responsible are concealing from the public how lives can be saved.
