Dear all,
I have extensively searched the literature to gain more insights on how IL-12 binds to its receptor (binding-sites, residues involved, affinities, ...) but to my big surprise apparently no such studies exist. The best I could find is homology with related cytokines-based assumptions on how this binding would look like. Very surprising for such an interesting molecule. Does anyone know is this info exists and where to find this ?

There can be confusion about IL-12 and its receptor, since IL-12 is the same CXCL12

Thank you for you help, much appreciated ! After several (long) PubMed-sessions I figured out that structural info on IL-12 is indeed very rare (I find this very strange), but in the end I came across this paper: https://www.jbc.org/content/295/30/10478.long. This study solved at least a part of my problem.
