Healthy raw milk does not suppose to contain bacteria, including LAB. However, nowadays, 20 to 40% of the udders of goats, (and in farms with poor hygienity as much as 70%), contain bacteria. These are not healthy or friendly bacteria and their presence deteriorates milk quality. These bacteria may release dangerous toxins, which may cause severe malaise and even death. Thus, drinking raw (unpasteurized) milk is not recommended at all. If you want to expend you knowledge: read my review on goat milk in Small Ruminant Research, which is available for downloading through Researchgate.
As mentioned by Nissim, drinking raw milk (goat or cow) is very dangerous for human health. Are you sure that it doesn't contain dangerous bacteria which may cause severe diseases?
Irrespective of source, raw milk contains all type of bacteria, including pathogens, spoilage and beneficial because it is an excellent source of nutrient. Even, infectious udders can also cause threat. So, if you want to take advantage of beneficial bacteria, you also need get rid of harmful bacteria, too. Consumption of raw milk is safe for this reason. Its better instead of raw milk you can use fermented dairy & food products, fruits, vegetables that also contains lactic acid bacteria.
I have noted that my second answer to your question was not recorded on the system.
First the review that I have mentioned is:

It can be downloaded from the Researchgate site: convert contributions to Alfa beta order.
Regarding you note for tracing bacteriocins in raw milk: Pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli and many colliforms are LAB, which may contaminate milk with toxins.
