Suppose I'm using a rapid quench flow instrument and stop the reaction at the desired time. The reaction is between helicase and DNA. I have provided all necessary conditions for the reaction to occur and also supplied the reagent to quench the reaction. Now I have made an arrangement so that the quenched product is delivered in liquid Nitrogen or Ethane and get frozen. My question is whether this is possible and if it is possible, then how can I use this frozen product and prepare it as a sample for analysis by Cryo EM?
