It was isolated PDA from leaf spot (black, irregular, starting from leaf margins). No spores were seen even after 3wk incubation at 28oC.
It is showing some vesicle like structure, branched hyphae (some at right angle also), red pigment on medium. Pics are attached for assistance.
Also, please suggest some good source (Book/ Manual) for the identification of nonsporulating fungi.

For nonsporulating fungi, I recommend using some medium with a lower sugar content, and cultivating under UV light (at least 1 week). It is suitable for inducing sporulation in both Fusarium and Epicoccum.

Wait until this fungus sporulates. Without the sexual structures is impossible.

The macroscopic and microscopic morphology give resemblance to filamentous mould.You may please try molecular tool to identify this filamentous mould. In case, you do not have molecular facility in your laboratory, you may please do slide culture and make wet mount preparation in PHOL or Narayan stain for detailed microscopic morphology of the culture.Both the fungal stains are developed by us in 1990 and 1998,respectively.You can find my several papers of mycotic infections on Research Gate.I have also authored a book on "Veterinary and Medical Mycology" which is published by Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Ministry of Agriculture, New Delhi, India.

Hi Yogesh, There are some fungi that in normal conditions do not produce any organs, including sexual and asexual reproductive organs and rest structures. For these species it is best to change the environmental conditions to stimulate them. I suggest you put the Petri dish in the refrigerator at 4 degrees Celsius for a few days. Then move it to a 25 degree celsius condition. These organs are likely to form. Please tell me the result if you did. Thanks.
