if psoriatic arthritis is in remission you can stop.
If not and abdominoplasty surgery is necessary you can stop methotrexate a week before and give it again after 2 weeks as average.

If will be abdominoplasty surgery you must stop methotrexate two week before operation. Because it metabolised minimum a week. Best regards
Wait until she is no remission with psoriasi. There is no need to performe abdominoplasty under MTX. Better wait and push the surgery for a while. Otherwise pause mtx two weeks before and after.
It's better to stop my for 2eerks if she is in remission stage. And start it again after 2w.
What is remission for you ?
Remission for psoriatic arthritis is not the same that remission for rheumatoid arthritis , for example.
In psoriatic arthritis, remission induced by MTX can be confused with "natural" remission due to its cyclic history.
