If a miRNA structure is modified by addition of a methyl Fluoro group or LNA, does this affect the PCR efficiency of the TaqMan real time probes?

We have modified the miRNA structure in different ways as mentioned in the question at multiple nucleotides of the mature MiRNA strand duplex mimics. Is there a chance the SYBR primers may be a better choice to test over-expression in this scenario.
