Actinodaphane cuspidata is not found in India. It is endemic to peninsular Malaysia and is critically endangered due to habitat loss.

Plant is not native of India...

But, I have still many doubts.

I have some doubts regarding the identification of members from the family Lauraceae in Himachal Pradesh, India.

Earlier, I also thought it to be Actinodaphne sp. But, it appears Neolitsea.
