i have isolated fungus from plants i am attaching microscopic pictures and plate and i want to know the name of fungus.

If the third image is the microculture of first two images (macroculture) which all, I suppose are coming from the one and the same culture then it appears to be Aspergillus species and most probably it could be that of A. niger.

Let me apply the correction.
I got it; second and forth are macrocultures. Also the microcultures you have provided are not at the same magnification. Anyway it could be Aspergilli. But also try to study any pigmentation produced, the reverse side characteristics of the macroculture etc. and that would further help in confirming the results.

La primer imagen corresponde sin dudas al genero Aspergillus seccion "nigri". La segunda imagen parece ser el cultivo del cual se tomo para la primer imagen,
La tercer imagen es Aspergillus spp. No podria precisar la especie porque para ello se deben consignar mas detalles.
La cuarta imagen, es imposible unicamente con el aspecto del anverso identificar un hongo. A mi parecer no se trata de un Aspergillus.

I think these fungi belong to the genus Aspergillus; in the first picture most likely Aspergillus niger.
Sorry Vipin. It is impossible to achieve identification relying solely on the photograph on the front of the fungi colony. It could be an approximation, which in this case is also difficult because the morphology of the fungal colony perfectly recalls several fungal genera. I suggest you can refer to relevant literature and add at least microscopy to try to approach the genera.

Les 2 photos de l'observation microscopique montrent bien une vésicule radiaire appartenant au genre Aspergillus. Il faut caractériser l'espèce par la voie moléculaire. Cordialement.
Les 2 photos de l'observation microscopique montrent bien un conidiophore terminé par une vésicule globuleuse radiaire uni ou bisériée éjectant des conidies (sores ou phialospores) en chainettes. Ces caractères appartiennent précisément au genre Aspergillus. L'espèce qui est binomiale ne peut être identifiée de façon sûre que par un séquençage de son gène. Pour l'instant vous avez 2 espèces aspergillaires que vous pouvez nommer provisoirement Aspergillus sp. Cordialement
Les colonies de la première boite de Petri (haut) pourraient appartenir à Aspergillus section Nigri et celles de la deuxième boite de Petri à l'Aspergillus de la section Flavi. Salutations
