We would need a few more details about the analysis:

What was the sample matrix, which isotopes did you choose, what was your result, did you run a survey scan to get an idea about possible spectral interferences, did you use the DRC to minimize spectral interference, did you do a spike recovery measurement, did you use an internal standard?

which isotopes did you choose: Cr 52

what was your result, did you run a survey scan to get an idea about possible spectral interferences, : we got 6.122 ppb Cr which seems -14% less than expected

did you use the DRC to minimize spectral interference,:Yes we use Nexon 2000, Ammonia DRC

did you do a spike recovery measurement: yes we it was 100%

did you use an internal standard? IN/SC

I can also send you raw data if you could help anyways.
