My project is focused on liver regeneration. I need to choose human adult liver cell lines for my experiments but not quite sure which company is preferable. I need normal (non-cancer) immortalized human adult hepatocytes to be able to do a few passages during the experiments.

Even if originaly isolated from cancerous cells, HepaRG cells from Biopredic I currently use may be inrterresting as they undergo an entire process of differentiation according to their initial stem-cell like status. Even if decicadted to metabolism studies, these cells should be interesting in your field. Moreover, the characterization of these cells is steadily in progress. Despite what I write here, be sure that I have no shares in this company..;-). Good luck in your research

I have already contacted few companies but unfortunately, despite they said it`s immortalized hepatocytes, these cells cannot be propagated. So, I am still looking for suitable cells for my project.
