I have a different research-related question

I do not think that someone ever did a study to find the best and fastest osteoporosis inducer. Depending on your further study of these animals it might even be a disadvantage if you induce osteoporosis in an unnatural way.

However you could find inspiration in the publication Article Drug-induced Osteoporosis: Mechanisms and Clinical Implications

And what about depriving them from sun / uv light and Calcium?
