I have been trying to generate occupancy values for a wildlife camera trapping data-set I have and I was wondering if anybody could tell me how to get the individual site occupancy values using PRESENCE?
It seems you can get them as derived parameters in the output file when running single season occupancy models in PRESENCE
Check this site: https://www.mbr-pwrc.usgs.gov/software/doc/presence/presence.html#single
(copy-paste)---After printing the 'real' parameters, a 'derived' parameter (psi-conditional) is printed. This parameter is the probability that a site is occupied, given it's particular detection history. So, all sites where a detection occured, will have a value of 1.0 for this parameter. Sites with no detections will have a value of less than or equal to 1.0. This parameter is useful for generating maps of species occurence---
