Dear @Abeer Yahia Mahdy, thank you for your reply, I do agree that getting involved in research raises the chances of taking a nurse position but it seems to me very difficult the transition from university courses to working process due to the lack of clinical positions. Afterwards, Taking part in nursing Research seems difficult for a newly graduated nurse as financial factor has a key role. Also professionalism is a great characteristic of on working process and it helps dealing with the up-coming demands of clinical practice.
But my question has to do more about the steps you have to take for applying or finding a job in hospitals of European countries.

Make a CV and personal letter for yourself and send it to the hospitals you want to work at. I know they hired an italian doctor where I worked and they gave him some months around the hospital to learn swedish better before he was fit to work alone.
