Different methods have different pros and cons. Here I recommend Creative-Biostructure’s exosome engineering platform. They have developed five groups of exosome isolation techniques, including ultracentrifugation-based techniques, size-based techniques, immunoaffinity capture-based techniques, exosome precipitation, and microfluidics-based techniques. I feel it is pretty good, you can try.
