I would like to extracte cell membrane from frozen buffy coat. Can anyone suggest a reliable protocol?

Hello everyone,

I need to isolate cell membrane of leukocytes and platelet, from frozen buffy coat. Any suggestion?

You can either do subcellular fractionation (http://docs.abcam.com/pdf/protocols/subcellular_fractionation.pdf)

or use a commercial kit.
