I've only personally worked with the Phusion DNA polymerase. I used it to amplify products up to 12 kb from mitochondrial DNA. Are you just hoping to find the most reliable/least expensive/best for your template polymerase? You can always order both and test them side-by-side to choose the one that works best for you.
