I got an idea about this knowing beforehand an specie (Plecturocebus caquetensis) which, due to lack of ecological and biology knowledge, its recognized preference is related to inundated habitats in the Amazon, only through scarce number of observation in XIX and nowdays century.

Generally you can, but only as long as you have a reasonable number of current (or approximately current) observations. You mentioned that you have a small number of observations spanning more than a century. This may present a problem if there has been a habitat change (the most common causes being environmental change and land use changes), for the models may then be attributing environmental factors that may not have been, in fact, reasonably contemporary with the recorded occurrences. If this happens, the ENM is belied and may result in wrong predictions.

Yes, ENM actually does that for you! ENM predicts the distribution of species in geographic space on the basis of a mathematical representation of their known distribution in environmental space. The environmental space is represented by chosen variables such as water depth, soil type, vegetation, etc. :)
if variables or factors are ascertained for a species distribution ENM can be precise to predict habitat management solutions.
