I was doing RACE PCR, but have since gathered more sequence via contig mining and was wondering if my RACE cDNA could be used for regular old PCR?

Would there be any potential issues that anyone could see arising by using the RACE ready cDNA for my regular two gene specific primer PCR.

Thank you Kaushal! That's what I figured. Just wanted to make sure no one had any experiences where they used RACE cDNA bc they had it already made, it didn't work, and then they got new regular cDNA and it worked. But I didn't think that would be the case.
