I want to use Minitab to get the optimal co-composting mixture ratio. How to use mixture design of experiment in Minitab 17.0.1?

I've 3 different substrates and want to mix them to get optimal C/N ratio and pH.

After designing of experiment, I'll get my result. Then how to use those results in the minitab to get some comparative graphs.
