I have M image feature vector of N dimension and I want to transform them into (X,Y) data or 2 dimensional data.
Is this possible?
What is the best method for that ?
I read about PCA , Can I use it ? and how?

Yes, you can use PCA for dimensionality reduction. Here is a MATLAB toolbox which may be useful to you.

Principal-Component-Analysis (PCA) is well defined and widely used technique from the research community for dimensionality reduction issues.
You can choose the number of features (Ranked) for your experimentation through PCA.

Although PCA is the most recognised method for dimension reduction, i think a reduced dimensionality of 2 maybe too small for images.
