I want to seprate bacterial spores from broth by using fluid air bed technology. Can anyone have idea how to do it?

I am looking for sepration of bacterial spore from broth or dried powder. After fermentation approx 20% are cell debris and 80% are spore. I wish to seprate either cell debris or spore. In short i want to concentrate spore.

Somewhere I came to know fluid air bed technique will be useful for same. Please let me know any clue about this.
