Boundary Layer can be viewed in post processing by limiting the flow velocity from 0 to 1% of the free stream velocity. a very beautiful contours will appear near the wall region.

For other types of the boundary layer you have to use user defined functions accordingly.

You can make an iso-line section as mentioned above and than plot its y-coordinates on the graph
