I have access to Triton X-100, X-114, Tween 60 & 80. I want to use Toluene as the solvent but I am open to changing the mixture. I also have PVP as a stabilizer, but have had minimal success with it in Toluene due to its negligible solubility. I would like to have a loading of 1g/ml ideally but I feel that it is too high and something closer to 0.2g/ml might be more like it.
