Dear everyone,

I am now focusing on the mechanisms of cancer lymph node metastasis, especially interested in the pre-metastatic microenvironment of lymph node. However, when I made the mice models of cancer LN metastasis by injecting tumor cells in the footpad of the mice, I am not sure whether the ipsilateral Inguinal lymph node and axillary lymph node could all be viewed as the pre-metastatic draining lymph node? Or even the contralateral lymph node could also be taken as the pre-metastatic lymph node?
